My name is Louise W. Brunson. After a fifteen year career as a litigation paralegal, I obtained my Juris Doctorate & Masters in Business Administration from North Carolina Central University School of Law and School of Business so that my title would more closely resemble my level of commitment and the responsibility that I felt toward my friends/clients and our cases. I bring that same conscientious advocacy and partnership to every problem and project that I encounter.

I excel at analyzing contract terminology, providing a nuanced legal perspective to shape long-term strategy, serving a as key legal resource for internal/external customers and providing effective litigation support and creating solutions that respond to the needs and desires of all major stakeholders.
